Remember, this is not an official quotation, but a helpful tool in finalizing your detailed scope and budget. These costs may vary depending on: contractor's profit, labor, location, schedule, duration of the work, materials selection, site conditions (e.g. condition of existing plumbing and electrical).
In addition to the final construction cost agreed with the contractor, Billdr always recommends reserving a contingency of at least 10% of the total contract value to cover changes during construction.
